Community Bridge Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

- "Community Organization" refers to any organization, non-profit or for-profit, that provides services to community members.

- "Community Connector" refers to an individual who is not employed by Community Bridge but is in contact with people who may need services to improve their quality of life.

- "Beneficiary" refers to an individual who receives services or support from a community organization.

2. Responsibility for Content and Offerings 

You, the organization, are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information and products you offer through Community Bridge. This includes, but is not limited to, descriptions, pricing, and availability. 

3. No Endorsement; No Affiliation; Not a Referral Service

We do not evaluate or endorse the quality of any community organization, nor do we recommend specific connections. Our platform provides only an information service, without:

- Recommending community connectors to refer organizations to beneficiaries

- Conducting assessments of consumers or community organizations

- Influencing the final selection decisions of beneficiaries or community connectors

We are not representatives or agents of beneficiaries, community connectors, or community organizations, and we do not act on their behalf. Community connectors independently decide which resources, events, or organizations to share with potential beneficiaries.

Our platform does not facilitate transactions between community organizations and beneficiaries, nor do we sell or broker services or products directly.

4. Third-Party Products and Services

Our platform may feature third-party advertisements, promotions, or information, including from Participating Communities. We provide links or referrals to third-party products or services ("Third-Party Products and Services") for your convenience. However, we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of these Third-Party Products and Services.

We are not responsible for any content or services provided by third parties, including any unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content. You acknowledge that you use these Third-Party Products and Services at your own risk, and we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your interactions with them.

5. Disclaimer of Liability 

Community Bridge is not responsible for the offerings, products, or services provided by your organization. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the offerings, products, or services listed on our platform. Your organization is solely liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your offerings. 

6. Removal of Organization 

We reserve the right to remove your organization from our system at any time, without notice, if we determine that: 

- Your organization has violated these terms and conditions - Your organization has provided inaccurate or misleading information - Your organization's offerings are deemed unlawful or harmful - Your organization has failed to comply with applicable laws and regulations 

7. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Your continued use of Community Bridge's services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions. 

By using Community Bridge's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
